Barry Chang is a Senior Consultant based in Taiwan. He is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Leadership, Innovation/Creative Thinking and Sales Transformation. He drives these types programs across Greater China. Clients include SAP, GSK, Disney, Leo Burnett, Heineken, Luxottica, Royal FrieslandCampina, Boehringer Ingelheim, Novozymes, BD, Hempel, and PPG.

Before starting his career as a professional consultant, Barry was the General Manager of MEC Taiwan where he led the branch office of GroupM, the world leader in marketing communications services under WPP Group. He grew the company significantly through customer retention, new business development, portfolio management, as well as talent development.

Bringing a diverse international experience in sales and marketing management, Barry has worked for leading global companies such as Heineken, GSK, CibaVision/Novartis and SC Johnson. In his previous managerial roles, he was responsible for strategic planning, brand marketing, route-to-market planning, new product development, and performance management. At Heineken, Barry worked at their headquarter in Amsterdam as the Global Activation Manager where he led multi-national teams around sources of growth and priority projects.

Barry speaks Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English.
